Filming a bubblecar duel for the BBC’s Celebrity Antiques Road Trip!

The museum recently played host to actors Amanda Donohoe and Robert Bathurst who, paired with experts David Harper and Philip Serrell, were filmed in and around the museum for an episode of the BBC’s Celebrity Antiques Road Trip program.

One highlight of the filming was a lively jaunt into near-bye country lanes, with Gary Longstaff (Heinkel Trojan Club) and Mike Cooper (Bubblecar Museum) piloting the celebrities and experts in a pair of Trojan bubblecars behind the BBC film crew.
